Introduction

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Closely AB, hereinafter referred to as “Closely”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the Closely website, mobile website, or telephone (jointly referred to as ”Closely”). By using and/or placing an order at closely-official.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”)."Only persons of legal age, 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in capacity as a company, with a physical address in one of the countries where Closely deliveries can place an order at closely-official.com. All products remain the property of Closely until full payment has been made. All attempts to deceive will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to correct any mistake or error published on this site without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on Closely-official.com at the time you place your order.  
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. Due to the digital formats of photographs, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen with accurately display the exact colour.  

Prices and delivery charges

The prices displayed at closely-official.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but does not include the delivery charge. From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on Closely-official.com are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at our earliest convenience. If we have already received payment for such order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Discount codes or coupons are only valid for one transaction per person, and only during the stated period. They cannot be combined, transferred to another purchase or be credited for a new purchase. 
Closely only delivers within Europe. The delivery charge for each order will be the same within, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and must make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. 

orders and shipping

We offer multiple delivery methods that are listed clearly in our check out. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days. Please note that shipping times may be affected during peak periods (e.g. sale, holidays and new releases) and that the processing of your order may be slightly delayed due to these. Before placing your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery time. If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame or is damaged upon receival, please contact Closely Customer Service here.   

withdrawal of order

Once an order has been successfully placed, Closely cannot guarantee that it is possible to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service at your earliest convenience and we will let you know if a cancellation is possible. If not, once you receive your unwanted order, please return this back to our warehouse in accordance with section 5 (Returns) for a full refund. 
 
In the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through closely-official.com (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), Closely reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you. 

right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

returns and exchanges

Closely guarantees a full refund for any returned items in accordance with Withdrawal of Order, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Closely holds the right to determine the state of the returned item and decide on the refund.

Briefs with the packed seal opened cannot be returned due to law and hygiene reasons. You will find more detailed information regarding our return process here. 

If the item you have received is defective, please notify Closely promptly to arrange for a return. Closely will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery and return.  

payment methods

Closely offers payment in EUR, SEK, DKK & GBP depending on your location. You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below. 

Card Payment


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit card. 
The applicable amount will be charged on your credit/payment card immediately during the transaction. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Closely, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 
 

Paypal

When paying by PayPal, Closely reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. CLOSELY reserves the right to deny any purchase. 

Klarna

PAY NOW – You can pay using a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX card in any of our shipping countries. Payment will be taken from your bank account when your order is dispatched. 
PAY LATER – Customers in FI can choose to buy now and pay later. This option will be shown to you at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now options. You will receive information on how and when to pay when your order has been dispatched. 
SLICE IT – Customer in FI can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly statements based on the option you chose. This option will be shown at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now option. You will receive account information when your order is dispatched. 
*Please note that Closely cannot provide details of why you are not be eligible to pay using our Pay Later or Slice It options. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact Klarna customer support. 

force majeure

Closely is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, strike, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on Closely shall be limited to the total price of your order.

assignment

Closely reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.

ownership of rights


All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at Closely remain with Closely AB. Any use of Closely or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without written permission from us.
