1. General 

Access to and use of Closely online shop https://www.closely-official.com/ (the “Website”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access the Website, browse, or place an online order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within any of the EU countries to which we deliver. 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain valuable information. If you have any questions about Closely , these terms and conditions or our Website, please do not hesitate to contact us at help@closely-official.com.

Closely is a brand within Lindex. This Website is owned and operated by AB Lindex 556452-6514. 

We retains the right to amend, modify or withdraw: the Website, these terms and conditions at its discretion without noticing you. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be applicable to the order, even when there are subsequent amendments. These terms and conditions are constructed and shall be governed in accordance with the local laws and directives of the European Union. 

This Website also contains links to other websites (such as order tracking), which are not operated by us. We has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. 

2. Privacy Policy 

Please read the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy governs the way we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from you. This Privacy Policy applies to the website and all products and services offered by us. 

3. Terms of purchase 

We only accepts orders made from our Website. We currently cannot process orders via telephone, e-mail or by post. 

To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within any of the EU countries to which we deliver. You must also provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as e-mail addresses and mobile number). This can be done either in the shopping bag at the checkout or by registering a customer profile on the Website. 

Items placed in the shopping bag are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed by us through an order sent to your email address. 

a) Contract and confirmation of order 

When ordering goods on the Website, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after we have confirmed the order to the email address given by you (Order Confirmation). The order confirmation is sent to your email address when we have registered the order and received payment. 

b) Pricing 

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Prices given on the date when you make an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process. 

c) Discount and promotion codes 

We may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code. Promotions with codes are valid only once, and once the code is used it will be deactivated and the code will no longer be valid. 

Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed, therefore you must ensure that the voucher is registered before you can confirm and pay for the order. We do not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites. 

We reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time. 

When a campaign or promotion is communicated by us, we state that combination of different promotions is prohibited. We thereby, in case of misuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel your order. 

d) Payment 

The Website accepts the most common local payment methods like VISA and Mastercard – as well as a variety of local cards. 

When paying using a credit- or debit card (VISA, Mastercard or other local cards), the amount of the order is immediately authorized, and the authorization will be debited when the order is dispatched. 

All payments that are conducted with a credit- or debit card are made via our secured Payment Service Provider (PSP) which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form providing high-level security from the customer in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. All credit- and debit card holders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer. If the issuer of the given credit- or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to us, you shall receive a message stating that the payment could not be performed. We shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment. 

Unfortunately we can no longer accept gift cards as payment method. If you wish to use your gift card, please contact customer service at help@closely-official.com.

e) Deliveries 

The Website offers the most common local delivery methods. 

We offer free delivery when you shop for 29,99 € (£24,99) or more (after discount).

When an order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive shipping confirmation, with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number of the order. 

Should the delivery be materially delayed for more than 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. In such case, please contact us at help@closely-official.com.

4. Exchanges & Returns 

Return Policy 

We offers a 60 day return policy (14 days for sale items). Which means that you can return items you have ordered to Closely within 60 days from the date you received your order, provided that the items returned contain the original labels, are unused and are in their original condition. On sale items we offers 14 days right of withdrawal. You must indicate the reason for returning the goods. The returned items shall, as far as possible, be packaged in the same way as when the items were received. 

  • We will not be able to accept returns if the seal of the product has been opened and/or the product has been used​

  • The unused items should be returned in the original packaging 

However, in respect of items which are faulty please see the defective items policy below. 

a) Postal return EU except Lithuania 

To return the unwanted items by postal services, please send the items together with the Delivery Returns Form (enclosed with your order) to us within 60 days and on sale items within 14 days on which you received the items. 

Return address for customers in:

We suggests that the items are sent by either international priority registered post with your local post office or economy shipment, through UPS, DHL, or EMS so that you can track your items. Also, we suggests that you retain evidence of posting or proof of shipment and the tracking number until the purchase price has been refunded. 

You are liable for paying the return delivery costs unless you return the items because they are faulty. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and will be responsible for the risk of damage during transport. 

We offer free return for Sweden, Finland, Norway, Lithuania and United Kingdom.

b) Postal return in Lithuania 

If you wish to return unwanted items, please send the items together with the Delivery Returns Form (enclosed with your order) to us within 60 days and on sale items within 14 days of the date on which you received the items. Parcels can only be returned via Omniva parcel machines. 

Go to flipo.lt and follow the instructions.  

Pack the products carefully together with the return form that is included with this package and put it in an optional Omniva parcel box. Use the unique parcel code that will be sent to you by Omniva after registering on flipo.lt. 

 You will receive confirmation after you have been refunded.

c) Refunds 

If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items. Please note that we are not obliged to refund any supplementary costs paid by you if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. 

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you; or (b) if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide us with evidence that you have returned the items; or (c) if you are not yet in receipt of the items, 14 days after the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel the order. 

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees from us because of the reimbursement. 

When you make a return of items included in an offer, the discount is removed if you do not meet the conditions of the offer with the remaining items. The discount will be deducted from the remaining items which you keep after the return. 

We cannot process exchanges on returned items. 

d) Notice of Defect 

We carefully inspects each dispatch before the delivery to you. Should the goods nevertheless be incorrect, damaged of defective upon arrival to you, you are requested to contact us.

The easiest way to make a complaint is to fill in the return form that accompanies the delivery and return the item to us. Refund of the complained item will be made within 14 days. You can also contact us at help@closely-official.com. To enable us to assess the fault quickly, we recommend that you report as follows:

  1. The date the fault was discovered.

  2. Describe the fault as detailed as possible and how it occurred (the cause). Also, specify how the item has been washed/dried.

  3. Take a picture clearly showing the entire item and one of the fault itself."

If an agreement between you and us for replacement of defected item is made, you will receive a replacement item and be refunded for your costs for the return shipment of the defective goods. 

In disputes that we are unable to resolve, we recommend that you contact the European Commission's online platform for dispute resolution  

e) Liability 

We retain the right to withdraw from the delivery of the order if there has been a clear or obvious price error on the Website (e.g., the price of the product appears to be too high or too low or if price is given as 0€. In such case, we shall without delay inform you of the error and notify the correct price to you.

The items sold at the Website are provided for private customers only. You agree not to use the items for any commercial or business purposes or for resale, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Any reprinting, copying, downloading, storing, transmitting or similar activity relating to texts and images presented on the Website for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission from us, is prohibited.

We are not liable for any errors in texts or images and is only liable for loss of data, loss of income or profit or loss from claims by third parties arising out of the use of the Website or for any products or services purchased from the Website where such loss is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or its negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time we entered the Contract. We shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products to the extent that the delay is caused by any event outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, flood, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, governmental actions, and any other similar events.

While we aim to accurately describe items and images on the Website, there may be minor colour variations between the images and the actual products due to several factors such as the used internet browser or the monitors colour contrast configurations. We cannot be held responsible for differences in colours because of the aforementioned factors.

We shall have the right to interrupt the use of the Website at any time, for example on account of maintenance procedures.
